Wellsfargo Bank is not helping people with loan Modification

This letter was send to Wellsfargo after a year of trying to keep my house, the only thing that they were able to do was adjust the interest rate at 8.75% from 10.125%, the monthly payment did stay the same which was $5,466.40 this is the same monthly payment that was adjusted back in December of 2007, now they Increased.
