As I write this, the House is considering H.R. 1106 , the so-called Helping Families Save Their Homes Act of 2009. This is one of the mortgage proposals that caused CNBC's Rick Santelli's rant and helped create tea parties around the nation where citizens came together to object to the never-ending bailouts.
