New Bankruptcy Law May Not Solve the Foreclosure Crisis?

Bloomberg reporter Jody Shenn's recent article suggests that mortgage modifications in Chapter 13 bankruptcy - the subject of the proposed bankruptcy amendment - may not stem the tide of foreclosures in this country.
